Andrea

Operator

Andrea is a special education teacher with CPS who got her bachlor’s degree in teaching at Loyola. In college she also worked for Chipotle, so if you’re nice she might tell you the secret to getting an extra big scoop of guac.

Becky

Operator

Becky is a junior high teacher who specializes in American history through the Civil War. When she shows up at your event, you can ask her all your burning Treaty of Paris questions. She lives in Roscoe Village, a short walk from her favorite bookstore.

Quinn

Operator

Quinn is an accomplished playwright and performer who now teaches for CPS. Originally from Phoenix, she has no problem with Chicago’s summer heat, but loves that she gets to be the reason for cool summer fun for so many children. She lives in Logan Square with a reptile menagerie.

Rafael

Operator

Rafa is a psychology major at McGill University in Montreal, and plans to become a clinical psychologist. During the week he does field studies on children, and on weekends he does foam parties for children in fields. He lives in West Town, where he has easy access to the honey and salami pizza at Coalfire, which he thinks you should try.

Shawnee

Operator

During the school year, Shawnee’s job is to make children smile—she’s a school photographer. She developed her artist’s eye majoring in photography at Columbia College. Aside from photography and foam she has an encyclopedic knowledge of Chicago’s best spots for crab.

Scott

Founder/Owner

Scott and his wife live in North Center with their two children, 10 and 7. He founded the Chicago Foam Company during the first summer of the pandemic to create a safe, fun outdoor party option for children. Outside of foam he’s a professional magician whose credits include “Penn & Teller: Fool Us,” countless appearances on WGN, and a stint as team magician for the Chicago Bulls.
